Pearl PX-4000

Pearl's PX-4000 Diamond Blade is an innovative new line of diamond blades for metal applications.  This wheel is designed to cut through a wide variety of ferrous and non ferrous metals but not limited to Stainless, Steel, Iron, Rebar, Copper and many other high tensile alloys. The Pearl Xtreme PX-4000 is a designed with a high concentration of diamond particles embedded in the teeth of each wheel.  

This revolutionary line of wheels is an excellent replacement to standard cut-off wheels.  Pearl's Xtreme PX-4000 features a steel core opposed to a bonded abrasive material like standard cut off wheels. The added strength in the core of the blade allows the PX-4000 to run at a much higher MAX RPM when compared to its standard abrasive equivalent. The PX-4000 also has a much longer life; one Xtreme Blade is equivalent to 65 standard abrasive cut-off wheels.
