Zirconia Resin Fibre Discs - Mercer Abrasives

Our Premium Mercer zirconia resin fibre discs are a great choice for sanding and grinding tough materials like cast iron, stainless steel and regular carbon steel.  These resin fibre discs are available in 4 1/2" through 9" diameters in 24 grit through 80 grit.  The zirconia resin fiber discs offer vulcanized fibre backing with a resin on resin bond.  The zirconia fibre discs have the most aggressive grain with an extremely long life.  These resin fibre discs offer high stock removal, cuts very cool, self sharpens and very strength resistant to heat and moisture.  Mercer zirconia resin fibre discs are great for grinding, deburring, stripping and polishing of most metals.
